This report is a summary of the second seminar in the series Security in Scotland, with or without constitutional change. It was led by academics from the University of Edinburgh with participation from a range of invited scholars, security experts and former members of the intelligence community. The report is a synthesis of a wide-ranging seminar discussion rather than the output of a single piece of research. Because there is considerable scope for interpretation and emphasis we are also publishing four blogs by post-graduate researchers who attended the event, each of whom offers a different take on the seminar discussions.
