Biography

Patrick Utz is a PhD student in Politics at the University of Edinburgh and a research assistant at the Centre on Constitutional Change. His research focuses on minority nationalism and kin-state involvement in the European Union.

Before joining the University of Edinburgh, Patrick completed his MA at the University of Vienna and worked for the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation ORF.
