Building a Fairer Scotland

Professor Kirstein Rummery played host to the Smith Commission and an audience of invited guests at the University of Stirling.  They considered the question, What new powers does Scotland need to achieve a fairer society? Prof. Rummery is now keen to hear the views of the wider public on their report (available here), and these will be included as an appendix when the report is submitted to Lord Smith on 31 October.
